Can I inspect a property before booking?

For long-stay bookings we can arrange an inspection of your preferred property before booking to ensure it meets your requirements.

Is there a meet and greet service available?

A MadeComfy team member can meet you onsite to show you around the property. Please note that this service is subject to availability and requires an additional fee.

Are pets allowed to stay?

Pet stays are subject to availability and require an additional cleaning fee of $200/stay

What about cleaning services for long-term stays?

At an additional cost, we can arrange property cleaning for longer term stays which includes a linen and towel changeover and restocking of the amenities.

Do I need to pay a bond or deposit upfront?

No bond or upfront deposit is required.
